When you are in charge of liquidating an estate due to death or divorce... I can help. For over 20 years I have been assisting people from the Main Line Philadelphia and Tri-State area sell furniture, cars, china, glassware, collectibles, kitchenware and garage items including tractors and lawn mowers. Everything imaginable can and will be sold to empty a property for settlement.

Estate Liquidation
When a family needs to liquidate an estate due to death or divorce, I can help there also. I am able to provide equitable distribution paperwork so that all concerned receive their fair share.

How it Works

Arranging the Sale
When you contact me, I arrange a consultation where we examine the property together. I can then advise you on the best way to proceed. If a House Sale is possible we schedule the date. The normal schedule is once a date is selected, I begin on Monday for set up and pricing and the sale is set for that Friday and Saturday. Any unsold merchandise is removed early in the next week and payment is made to the customer. The entire process should only take 10 days.

Cost
I work on a percentage of the Total Sale with 40% being the normal rate. That rate covers the price of staff & advertising. 

Advertising & Marketing Your Sale
Having been in business over 20 years I have developed a large and loyal repeat customer base. In addition to attracting my regular customers I also advertise your sale in the local papers in addition to my regular weekly listing in the News of Delaware County.  I also use internet based advertising and email notification. .

Clean Outs
In some houses there is trash removal that must be addressed at the conclusion of your sale. I will work with you to contact local haulers and make sure the property is properly cleaned.

Packing & Mailing
Occasionally you may need items to be packed and shipped to other locations, this is a service that is also available. I use the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, Motor and Air Carriers.

I work predominately in the western Philadelphia suburbs.  I have arranged over 500 successful estate sales, garage sales, demolition sales, and house sales in  Bala Cynwyd, Gladwynn, Penn Valley, Narberth, Lower Merion, Merion, Merion Station, Ardmore, Haverford, Havertown, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Villanova, Newtown Square, Radnor, Berwyn, Devon and beyond.

Delaware County Residences
Many of my sales take place in average homes throughout Delaware County Pennsylvania.  You do not have to have a massive estate to benefit from my services.  I frequently sell merchandise from homes in Havertown, Drexel Hill, Media, Springfield, Edgemont, Broomall, Springfield, Swarthmore and many other Delco towns.
